AUSTIN, TX — A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a car in North Austin on Thursday night, medics confirmed.
The incident occurred at the intersection of Cameron Road and East St. Johns Avenue just before 10 p.m., according to Austin-EMS medics. A man in his 50s was pronounced dead at the scene, medics reported via Twitter.
There were no other patients after a collision that sparked traffic delays in the area. No other details were made available.
