Pedestrian Struck, Killed By Vehicle Along Interstate 35
Early morning incident on Monday left man of undetermined age dead at the scene, Austin-Travis County EMS said via Twitter.
AUSTIN, TX — A pedestrian was killed early Monday after being struck by a semi-trailer truck along Interstate 35 at 15th Street, officials said.
The incident occurred along the 1100 block of North Interstate 35 southbound just after 3 a.m., according to Austin-Travis County EMS. An adult man of unknown age was pronounced dead at the scene, medics said via Twitter.
The roadway was closed in the aftermath to accommodate a police investigation and road cleanup.
