NORTH AUSTIN, TX — A person was struck and killed by a vehicle early Monday in North Austin, prompting the closure of the southbound frontage road and Interstate 35 near the U.S. 183 flyover, according to reports.
According to KXAN and Spectrum News, the main lanes of Interstate 35 were congested as a result of the incident even while officials kept the main lanes open.
