Pflugerville Dog Survives 100-Foot Leap Off Overpass

The dog had been missing since Halloween and suffered no major injuries.

They say cats have nine lives, but don’t tell that to Bundy the dog.

Round Rock animal control officer Lisa Stem found Bundy — who had been missing from his Pflugerville home since Halloween — on a small concrete slab of the 45 Toll Road late Friday night, according to the Round Rock Police Department’s Facebook page.

Officials said Bundy was visible scared, and when anyone tried to approach the dog it became aggressive. After several attempts to contain Bundy, he jumped nearly 100 feet onto Louis Henna Boulevard and ran into a parking lot where he was later contained.
