Pflugerville Firefighters Battle Fire In Field Off Texas 45
Blaze near Williamson County/Travis county line has engulfed a hay bailer amid heat that is approaching 107 degrees in region.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — Fire crews are fighting a fire in a field of Texas 45 that is creating heavy smoke in the area, the sheriff said Monday afternoon.
The fire near the Williamson County/Travis county line has engulfed a hay bailer, according to Williamson County Sheriff Robert Chody via Twitter. It's unclear what may have caused the fire, but the region is under scorching heat nearing 107 degrees thus making for easy combustion of some materials.
No injuries have been reported as a result of the blaze, but no further details are available. Avoid the area if possible.
