PFLUGERVILLE, TX — City officials on Wednesday said registration for the 2017-18 Girls Who Code Club is now full, but urges hopefuls to place themselves on a waiting list.

An information session can still take place for registrants unable to attend the first session, officials said. To be placed on the waiting list, email amandac@pflugervilletx.gov to register. This also applies to students interested in joining the club for next year's 2018-19 session, officials added.

Girls Who Code is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in technology. Students in grades 6-12 can explore coding in a fun and friendly way at the library's Girls Who Code Club. This information session is an opportunity for students and parents to learn about the club and get registration information.
