Pflugerville High School Student Hospitalized After Being Stabbed In Face
Officials confirm two John B. Connally High School students got into an altercation, one got stabbed in face and rushed to hospital.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX -- A high school student was hospitalized after being stabbed in the face during a fight at school Monday, according to a published report.
The brawl occurred between two John B. Connally High School students, according to a Time Warner Cable News report. Pflugervile ISD spokesman Steve Scheffler confirmed to the station that the fight happened around 11:50 a.m.
The victim was rushed to St. David's Hospital in Round Rock for injuries that are not considered to be life-threatening. He was reportedly stabbed with a pair of scissors.
