Pflugerville Launches Facebook Live, YouTube Recaps Of Council Action
For the civic-minded it's like must-see TV, yielding quick primers on council action that can be taken as a launching pad to learn more.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — Council members recently discussed animal shelter improvements. In tandem to that discussion, officials organized a Facebook Live event designed to get animals into forever homes.
The city of late has taken key discussions as highlights for future study by residents, both on Facebook and YouTube. It's kind of like episodic television, but offering neat summaries of key topics.
The council also discussed safe routes to school and an evaluation of school zones and speed limits. It's important information with a return to school scheduled Aug. 28 (sorry, kids).
