Pflugerville Man Arrested In Connection To Double Stabbing

PFUGERVILLE, TX — A man has reportedly admitted to stabbing two other people at an apartment last Friday, according to a published report.

Referencing court papers filed on Monday, the Austin American-Statesman reported that Jared Lane Taylor, 23, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and is said to have admitted to stabbing two men.

The incident occurred along the 1000 block of Nimbus Drive in Pflugerville late Friday night after a fight erupted among the three men, according to an arrest affidavit cited by the newspaper. Both victims were stabbed multiple times in the abdomen and rib cage, police said.

Taylor subsequently was booked into the Travis County Jail on a bail of $100,000, according to county records.
