Pflugerville Plans Open House On Old Austin Hutto Road Project
Plans call for transforming the key connector to Bohls Subdivision and Heritage Park into a three-lane section of roadway.
PFLUGERVILLE, TEXAS — City officials have scheduled an open house for next week to discuss improvements to Old Austin Hutto Road.
A key connector running to the Bohls Subdivision and Heritage Park, Old Austin Hutto Road is slated for widening to transform it into a three-lane section of roadway running along the full length of the project limits, city officials explained. Work is expected to begin in the spring. Officials noted the street has a low water crossing which will be mitigated through the construction.
This project is the first capital improvement project from the 2018 bond program, officials noted.
