Pflugerville Police Seek Help Locating Missing Man

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — Pflugerville police are seeking help from the public in locating a missing man whose medical conditions have heightened concern over his safety.

City officials released a photo of Cornet "Carlos" Toliver, 28, on Tuesday in the hopes someone might know of his whereabouts. He was last seen on Sunday, June 16, at around 7 p.m. at his home along the 1000 block of Kensington Castle Path in Pflugerville.

Toliver is described as a black man standing at five feet, seven inches tall and weighing 255 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. The missing man suffers from medical conditions and had not taken his medication before departing, officials said. Police noted Toliver has a history of leaving his home, but it's uncommon for him to have been away for an extended time.
