Pflugerville Rec Center Closed Sunday After Sprinkler-Caused Water Damage

PFLUGERVILLE, TX -- A water sprinkler malfunction has caused water damage at the Recreation Center gymnasium, prompting officials to shut down the facility on Sunday.

City officials released a news advisory alerting to the Sept. 4 closure in order to undertake water clean up at the facility. The adjacent Pfitness room and game room will be open, however.

Rec Center hours on Sunday are normally 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. The facility also will be closed on Labor Day, on Sept. 5. The facility is located at 400 Immanuel Road.
