Pflugerville Seeks Victims Services Volunteers
Successful applicants will work with victims of violence, with an eight-week training course starting this coming September.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — The Pflugerville Police Department is seeking victims services volunteers, officials said.
Successful applicants will work with victims of family violence, sexual assault, child/elderly victims, suicide/homicide survivors and victims of other violent crimes. Training is mandatory, and will take place from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays for eight weeks starting on Sept. 25.
Additionally, a mandatory orientation session will provide an in-depth look into the work of a victim services volunteer from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sept. 20 at the Pflugerville Justice Center, 1611 E. Pfennig Lane.
