Plenty Of Summer Fun On Tap For Rundberg Neighborhood Kids
Series of gatherings scheduled during school vacation alerting to the abundance of worthwhile activities designed for children.

NORTH AUSTIN, TX — The Austin Police Department will participate in Rundberg neighborhood meetings throughout the summer where families can learn of the abundance of activities available for children during their long break from school.
The APD will team up with the Austin Parks & Recreation Department, Rundberg Educational Advancement District (R.E.A.D.), Restore Rundberg, Capital Metro and the YMCA to facilitate activities throughout the summer for residents of the Rundberg area.
The gatherings are aimed at alerting families to good summer fun for kids during the long summer break — coding and animation camp, basketball league, theater camp, movie nights, summer art classes and more.
