Police ID Woman Killed In Single-Vehicle North Austin Wreck
For unknown reasons, Felecia Daniels, 48, veered off an Interstate 35 service road before her car flipped numerous times.

NORTH AUSTIN, TX — Police on Tuesday identified teh woman killed in a single-vehicle crash early Saturday in North Austin.
The crash victim was identified as Felecia Daniels, 48. According to police, Daniels was speeding while traveling north on the Interstate 35 service road near Parmer Lane at around 12:30 a.m. before veering off the road. The car then flipped over several times, police said.
Daniels was rushed to St. David's Round Rock Medical Center, where she succumbed to her injuries. She was the sole victim involved in the wreck. It's unknown what may have caused Daniels to veer off the road before landing at 12151 N. IH-35 service road northbound.

The Austin Police Department continues to investigate the case, and asks anyone with information to call the APD Vehicular Homicide Unit Detectives at (512) 974-8544. Those with information that might be helpful to police also can submit tips by downloading APD’s mobile app, Austin PD, for free on iPhone and Android.
The incident marked Austin’s 41st fatal traffic crash this year, resulting in 42 fatalities in 2018. At this time in 2017, there were 40 fatal traffic crashes and 42 traffic fatalities.
