Police Investigate Suspicious Death in North Austin (Video)

NORTH AUSTIN, TX — Police on Wednesday are investigating a suspicious death after finding a body in North Austin.

Initially, police were called to the 8800 block of North Interstate 35 near Rundberg Lane for shots fired. Upon arrival, police found the male victim with obvious signs of trauma, who was later transported to University Medical Center where he later died.

The incident occurred Wednesday afternoon, according to Austin-Travis County EMS officials. No other details have been disclosed, including the identify of a possible suspect.
