Police In North Austin Amid Suspicious Package Report

NORTH AUSTIN, TX — Police were in North Austin on Monday amid reports of a suspicious package that prompted the evacuation of a building.
Police alerted to the incident just before 12:30 p.m., noting the location as 1106 Clayton Lane. Some time later, the package was deemed benign. Those evacuated from the building were let back inside after no threat was posed by the package.
