Police Release Grim Details Of Infant's Autopsy Following Father's Arrest In North Austin Death
William Robert Falcon Gallogly, 21, charged with injury to a child in death of son found with bleeding in anus and internal hemorrhaging.

NORTH AUSTIN, TX — Police on Tuesday released grim injury details centered on an infant's death last month — including acute bruising on his head and back and internal rectum hemorrhaging and bleeding injury in his anus — for which his father is now charged.
The injuries were outlined in a news advisory following an autopsy. William Robert Falcon Gallogly, 21, was charged with injury to a child. If convicted, he faces up to 99 years in prison. Police responded to a Feb. 20 911 call from a Motel 6 along the 8000 block of North Interstate 35. Upon their arrival, police saw a man performing CPR on his 16-month-old son, both of them nude at the time.
The boy, Noah L. Armand, died at Dell Children's Medical Center within an hour later. The bleeding injury to the child's anus region raised suspicions of police, casting doubt on the suspect's claims that the boy had slipped in the tub and "inhaled a whole bunch of water."
