Police Seek Public's Help In Locating North Austin Store Robbery Suspect
The man pictured is suspected of shoplifting from a Best Buy store and then threatening workers who tried to prevent him from fleeing.

NORTH AUSTIN, TX — Police on Tuesday sent out a plea for assistance from the public in helping to identify a suspect wanted in connection to a robbery at a Best Buy in November.
The incident occurred at 1201 Barbara Jordan Blvd. on Nov. 27 at around 7:20 p.m. The suspect was caught shoplifting and threatened employees who tried stopping him from leaving the store, police said in a news release.
The suspect is described as a black male between the ages of 30 to 40 of medium build and standing at about 5' 10" in height. He has a shaved head and sports a beard. The suspect was last seen wearing a white, button-down shirt, khaki pants, gray tennis shoes with black edging and a large Army green parka with orange lining and a fur trim hood.

Police released still images from a surveillance camera in the hopes someone might recognize him and alert police as to his whereabouts.
