Police Seek Suspects In North Austin Jewelry Store Heist
2 men are sought in connection to incident on Sunday, Oct. 13, just before 6:30 p.m. at the Iris Jewelry store on Parkfield Drive.
AUSTIN, TX — Police are seeking help from the public in identifying two armed suspects wanted in connection to a jewelry store robbery that occurred late last year.
The incident occurred on Sunday, Oct. 13, just before 6:30 p.m. at the Iris Jewelry store, 9414 Parkfield Dr. Police said two armed male suspects entered the store before taking an undisclosed amount of jewelry and then fleeing in a gray Jeep Patriot.
The first suspect is described as a Hispanic man standing at about five feet, nine inches in height who is estimated to be in his 20s. He sports a goatee, and has a slim build. He was seen wearing a black hat with white letters, black hoodie, black pants and white shoes while carrying a duffel bag. Police noted the suspect has a skeleton tattoo on his right hand and “214” on his left hand.

The second suspect also is described as a Hispanic man, estimated to be in his 30s. He had a heavy goatee during the robbery, and wore a black hat, grey hoodie, blue jeans, and black shoes.
