Portion Of East Pflugerville Parkway Closed Until August (Video)

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — If you missed the memo, East Pflugerville Parkway between Colorado Sand Boulevard and Becker Farm Road is closed for construction until Aug. 31.

The closure started on May 29, city officials said. Traffic has since been detoured via East Pecan to Weiss Lane using the new traffic signal at that intersection to access Lake Pflugerville and area neighborhoods. Residents of Villages of Hidden Lakes can access their homes by turning north onto Colorado Sand from East Pflugerville Parkway or entering from the east via Becker Farms Road.

East Pflugerville Parkway is closed to expedite construction in the summer months to limit the impact on area school traffic, officials explained. The closure is anticipated until the end of August, weather permitting, and then intersection improvements will take place at Colorado Sand Boulevard and Becker Farm Road intersections, city officials said
