Missing Pflugerville Elderly Woman Found Safe
Alice Balderas-Olvera had last been seen at Home Depot store located at 1517 Town Center Dr. at around 4 p.m. on Monday, officials said.

Update: City officials said on Tuesday afternoon that Alice Balderas-Olvera, the 90-year-old woman who went missing on Monday, has been found safe.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — Pflugerville officials sought help from the public on Tuesday in locating a missing elderly woman with health conditions last sen the previous afternoon.

Alice Balderas-Olvera, 90, was last seen at the Home Depot store located at 1517 Town Center Dr. at around 4 p.m. on Monday, city officials said in a press advisory. She is known to drive a black, 2001 Chevrolet Geo Prism with the license plate CB2X082. The vehicle — a photo of which was released by city officials — is described as having oxidized body paint.
Olvera is described as standing five feet two inches tall weighing 140 pounds. She has gray hair and brown eyes. Officials released a photo of the woman and her car in the hopes someone might see either and alert police. Olvera was last seen wearing a light colored blouse, black pants and walking with a cane, officials said.

Officials noted Olvera has gone missing in the past, and once was found asleep in her vehicle in Round Rock after suffering what was described as an acute medical issue. Olvera also suffers from mild short-term memory loss, and takes medication for an unspecified chronic medical condition.
