Shooting Leaves 2 Dead in Pflugerville

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — A couple was found dead of gunshot wounds at their home on Saturday evening, police said.

Pflugerville police were called just before 8 p.m. to the 800 block of Cheyenee Valley Cove, where they found Timothy Niles, 53, and Patricia Niles, 56, injured with gunshot wounds. The woman was found dead at the scene while the man died shortly after being admitted to the hospital.

As detectives continue to investigate, police sought to assure the public the incident was isolated with no lingering threat to the general public.
