Jan M, of Austin, said: “My husband and I have been working out at CG Arena for almost two years now and we love it. There is plenty of parking, clean locker rooms complete with bathroom necessities, an indoor turf, babysitting services and so much equipment. There’s even a water bottle refill station, along with free towels. There is a great variety of classes available throughout the day with an assortment of instructor styles and experience. My faves would be Andy, Taylor and Laura. ”

1406 Three Points Rd
Heather W, of Austin, said: “I absolutely love this place. I am addicted and I love it. We are a little family at the gym. No one judges you. Everyone pushes each other to finish workouts. The coaches and owner know what they’re doing, are very encouraging and will help each and every member meet his or her personal goals.”
16300 Central Commerce Dr
Brandon T, of Pflugerville, said: “MetroFlex is not a corporate gym like Gold’s or 24 hour; actually I wouldn’t call it a gym it’s a training facility. No rules about making noise when you’re working out; actually they encourage hardcore training. Everyone working out there has a purpose; from body building to competition fighters. If you’re serious about putting on muscle then this is the place for you; MetroFlex truly is a hardcore place to train.”
