Stolen Credit Cards Used To Buy North Austin Merchandise

Police released surveillance camera images of a woman they accuse of fraudulently buying items at The Domain.

NORTH AUSTIN, TX — Police are seeking help from the public in identifying a person accused of buying merchandise at The Domain retail center at other North Austin shopping sites with stolen credit cards.

The fraudulent purchases are said to have been made on Friday, Sept. 6, 2019, according to a police advisory. Police released surveillance camera images of the woman toward the end of securing information as to her identity and whereabouts. She was last seen driving a new model, white 4-door sedan.

Anyone seeing the woman is urged to call detectives at (512) 974-6800 or Crime Stoppers at (512) 472-TIPS or use the new Crime Stoppers App. Tips also can be submitted by downloading APD’s mobile app, Austin PD, for free on iPhone and Android.
