- Construction on the roundabout near Stone Hill Town Center in the city of Pflugerville is set to begin Tuesday, Jan. 18 and is set to be completed in the middle of May. - The Pflugerville Police Department encourages all citizens to "practice the #9PMRoutine" national social media campaign in order to prevent thefts. Remember to "lock your cars and homes, close garage doors and secure all your belongings." For more information: (Press Release Desk)
- If you're looking for a four-legged buddy this year, the North Austin-Pflugerville Area Shelters have many animals that are waiting to find "fur-ever" friends. "According to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals," approximately 6.5 million animals are taken to shelters," but unfortunately only half are adopted each year. Consider visiting a local shelter to adopt a pet. One of the pets to consider is Cuz I Matter Animal Rescue, where Vancouver the dog at Cuz I Matter Animal Rescue, who is waiting patiently to find a "fur-ever" home.
