They're Pfurry, Pfriendly And Ready For Love
Pflugerville Animal Shelter officials offering offering creatures great and small for adoption.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX -- These guys are from Pflugerville, so they’re not furry, but pfurry. They’re friendly, but also phriendly. In fact, say officials at the Pflugerville Animal shelter, they could be pfantastic friends, and they’re looking for homes.
Every week, officials at the Pflugerville Animal Shelter promote six pets ready for a forever -- or, rather, a pforever -- home. This week’s assortment includes three dogs as an equal number of cats.
Among the cats, Tink is described as an 8-month-old neutered male described as “sweet,” while Begonia is a one-year-old spayed female described as lovable. A third feline, Hershey, is a two-year-old neutered male who is both lovable and friendly, according to shelter officials.

Dogs include Zena, a two-year-old housbroken female (also lovable). Sam, a 5-year-old male, is neutered, active and likes other dogs. Capone is the same age, lovable and neutered.
Pet ownership yields many benefits to both one’s physical and mental well-being. The shelter will even let families take pets home for a trial period to see how they acclimate to their new surroundings before would-be owners commit to fully adopt.
