UT-Austin Police Seek Subway Sandwich Shops Robber
In a span of less than 20 minutes, a female suspect is alleged to have robbed locations along San Antonio and Guadalupe streets.

AUSTIN, TX — University of Texas at Austin police on Friday were searching for a woman accused of robbing two sandwich shops.
Campus police say the suspect robbed two Subway sandwich shops, one on San Antonio Street just south of 24th Street at 3:47 p.m. and another on Guadalupe Street between 21st and 20th streets less than 20 minutes later.
The woman is described as being in her 30s or 40s wearing a black coat and a black ski mask. While police gave both locations the all-clear Friday evening, they stuck around the scene in investigating the scene.

It's unclear if the suspect stole cash or sandwiches at the eateries. Police provided few details related to each incident. Patch will provide updates on the sandwich shop robber as more information is made available.

UPDATE: The area around the Subway restaurants at 2323 San Antonio Street and 2025 Guadalupe (Dobie Mall) have been deemed all clear. APD and UTPD will remain on scene to investigate. #BeSafe
