Woman Identified in Fatal Pflugerville Crash

A woman who died in a car crash in Pflugerville this weekend has been identified as Courtney Wisehart, 24, of Hutto, authorities told KXAN.

The crash occurred early Saturday morning in the area of Cactus Blossom Drive and N. Heatherwilde Blvd. When first responders arrived at the scene they found the wreckage to be on fire. Wisehart was unable to escape her vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

A family friend told KXAN that Wisehart was driving when she struck a parked truck, then a tree and then her car caught on fire.
