Young Man Dies In Early Sunday Wreck After Hitting Tree
T?he collision just past midnight claimed the life of a man in his 20s, according to police.
NORTH AUSTIN, TX -- A man in his 20s lost his life after an early Sunday morning crash in North Austin, police said.
The fatality occurred just after midnight on Sunday along the 7500 block of Cameron Road. Police described it as an "auto vs. fixed object" crash. The descriptor typically describes when a motorist runs into a stationary object, in this case, a tree.

The street was closed to traffic for an extended period while the scene was investigated and the wreckage cleared.
