Our Usui Reiki Level 1 Certification Class at Earth, Body, &amp; Soul goes far beyond the basics.
This isn’t just learning where to place your hands. This is learning how energy actually communicates. How it flows through the body, emotions, spaces, plants, and people. How to recognize it. Trust it. And begin working WITH it instead of against it.
Your teacher, Bridget, teaches Reiki in a grounded, transformational, and deeply experiential way that blends traditional Reiki teachings with years of intuitive healing, energetic work, spiritual mentorship, and shamanic-rooted practices.
And honestly? If you’ve taken Reiki Level 1 somewhere else before and walked away feeling like all you learned was hand placements… this class is ALSO for you. 💛
Many students come to this class after previous Reiki trainings because they still didn’t fully understand what energy was, how to feel it, or how to truly connect with it. This class helps bridge that gap in a way that feels real, supportive, and empowering.
