BAYTOWN, TX -- Baytown police are searching for those people who stole a van with tools that was used to teach job skills to people with developmental issues.
The van was reported stolen Jan. 13 from the Bay Area Rehabilitation Center in the 5300 block of Decker Drive.

"We will just have to buckle down and use some of the reserve funds that we have and get those replaced so I can put those individuals back to work," he told KPRC.
The van was stored in a warehouse on the facility property and the keys were also inside the warehouse.
