Meridian Capital Group arranges $29.65 million construction loan for single-family residential development (nyrej.com) — A new 48-home single-family community is moving forward at 2601 East Parker Road in northeast Plano, backed by a $29.65 million construction loan. Phase one will cover site work and the first 30 homes, reflecting strong demand for new housing in one of the Dallas–Fort Worth area's key employment centers. Residents can expect more residential growth in this part of town.
3. Inside Barclay Berdan's Last Big Decision (dmagazine.com) — Hospital expansions now underway in Plano mean more capacity and services for local patients as Texas Health Resources continues growing across North Texas.
