Webb County program offering free assistance to families (star-telegram.com) — Families in Rio Bravo who receive SNAP or WIC can now get free diapers every three months through Webb County’s Diaper Distribution Program at the Ricardo Molina Sr. Community Center. The program, also available at several Laredo sites, offers sizes 1–6 and pull‑ups to help close diaper gaps affecting many Texas children. Call 956-523-4222 for details.
