ROUND ROCK, TX — Police on Friday identified the man shot dead in the culmination of a domestic disturbance earlier this week. Justin Silas, 43, died shortly after arriving at the hospital following a Wednesday afternoon shooting incident along the 1900 block of Provident Lane. A woman subsequently was arrested in the aftermath, and law enforcement officials are determining what charges, if any, she might face. The identity of the shooter has not been disclosed. Patch will update when more details are known.
