SAN ANTONIO (October 14, 2021) — On Saturday, October 30th, District 7 Councilwoman Ana Sandoval will host a screening of Pixar’s Onward at Woodlawn Lake Park.
This health-conscious event for Halloween-weekend is organized in partnership with the City’s Parks and Recreation Department, UT Health, and Slab Cinema. The picnic-style screening will include pre-packaged popcorn and goodie bags while supplies last, additional concessions from participating food trucks, and an opportunity for residents to show off their family festivities on the big screen. COVID-19 and flu vaccines will be available on-site to all eligible attendees, courtesy of UT Health.
The event is open to all. COVID-19 and flu vaccines will be available starting at 5:30 PM. Attendees are encouraged to arrive by 6:10 PM.
