As a UTSA professor, a chair of the Department of Public Administration at UTSA, a zoning commissioner, a former chair of the City’s Conservation Advisory Board, and a former vice chair of the Parks and Recreation Board, Dr. Romero has a track record of combining theory and applied practice with her expertise in the fields of community health and public planning to champion change in our community.
Time and time again, I have seen Dr. Romero make the right decision by taking into account all relevant information and community stakeholders.
Her experience in public administration and ability to hear and consider all sides of an issue inform her deliberative decision-making and outstanding capacity to be a prolific and balanced Northwest Quadrant Trustee for CPS Energy and all of San Antonio.”
