- On Thursday, May 19, San Antonio City Council will be adding "$700,000 to an existing contract with Beaty Palmer." - After six months of being closed due to a water leak, "Southtown's Belgian bistro La Frite, located at 728 S. Alamo Street, is reopening on Tuesday, May 24. For the first two weeks after the venue reopens, reservations will be required, and guests can make them through the La Frite website. For more information visit: (mySA)
- Although costs have gone up considerably these days, you can still find some good deals in the Alamo City, especially when it comes to food prices! For that and for more reasons, many people move to San Antonio. Besides getting "amazing food at great rates," they enjoy the culture and of course, "a huge piece of the 210's culture is the food we eat."
