• Schertz police seek tips after man's body found laying off I-35 North (news4sanantonio.com) — Schertz police are investigating after a middle-aged man was found dead Tuesday afternoon in a grassy area off the I-35 southbound service road near the 25300 block. Investigators say there’s no apparent threat to the wider community but are still determining cause and manner of death. Anyone who may have seen something unusual in that area is urged to call Schertz police at 210-619-1200.
