• Madison Realty Capital Lends $77M for Whole Foods-Anchored Texas Development (commercialobserver.com) — A major new mixed-use project is coming to Southlake, bringing the city's first Whole Foods along with 37 homes plus extensive retail and office space on North White Chapel Boulevard. Developers secured a $77 million construction loan for the Shivers Farm project, which will be the only grocery-anchored retail center within three miles north of SH 114, expanding shopping and employment options for residents.
