Local parents describe hazardous walks to bus stops and growing safety concerns, while district leaders warn that without more money, route cuts and longer trips could return for thousands of students. 
• Topo Chico mineral water is returning to Houston-area stores. Here's where. (houstonchronicle.com) — If you've been missing Topo Chico in Spring, local Walmart stores are among the first in the Houston area to have the mineral water back on shelves, though supplies are limited. H-E-B and Kroger locations around Houston are also slowly restocking as Coca-Cola rolls the glass bottles back out following production upgrades in Monterrey, Mexico.
