Jerry Seinfeld returns to the Houston area for a special 10th anniversary show this winter (secrethouston.com) — Jerry Seinfeld is coming back to Sugar Land's Smart Financial Centre on January 16, 2027, to celebrate the venue's 10th anniversary weekend. The city-owned arena will host the comedy legend's stand-up show, with tickets going on sale October 2 through the venue's official site and more anniversary programming details still to come.

Authorities say criminals altered hundreds of cards, potentially stealing more than $100,000 in a day, and urge residents to inspect packaging, PIN areas, and balances before leaving the store.
