• Carbon monoxide incident prompts major response at a North Texas nursing home (nbcdfw.com) — Emergency crews are handling a serious carbon monoxide incident at a nursing and rehabilitation facility on West Nash Street in Terrell, with local police, fire, Kaufman County EMS, CareFlite and other agencies on scene. Patients are being evaluated there, no transfers have occurred yet, and residents are urged to avoid the area while the fire department investigates the source of the gas.
