Loop 340 store on January 8, 2027, with Hobby Lobby set to move into the space under a long-term lease. Hobby Lobby will relocate from Richland Drive, and while no remodeling permits are filed yet, more construction details are expected once the city receives applications.
3. Waco man sentenced to 40 years in prison in sexual assault of intellectually disabled woman (kwtx.com) — A Waco man has been sentenced to 40 years in prison after DNA evidence tied him to the sexual assault of a 20-year-old intellectually disabled woman, avoiding a possible automatic life term through a plea deal.
