Montgomery County DA Investigates False Police Report Claim
Shenandoah mayoral candidate Gary Henson filed a police report accusing City Administrator Kathie Reyer of violating city rules.
SHENANDOAH, TX — Shenandoah mayoral candidate Gary Henson is being investigated by the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office amid claims that he filed a false police report.
In his report filed with the Shenandoah Police Department, Henson accused Shenandoah City Administrator Kathie Reyer of violating city rules.
According to a Houston Chronicle report, the Montgomery County DA’s office confirmed they’d received a report from the city for review.
