Trump Meets With Turkish President Erdogan: White House Schedule May 16

THE PRESIDENT

In the morning, President Donald J. Trump will speak with King Abdullah II of Jordan by telephone.

He will then welcome President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey with whom he will meet in the afternoon.

The two will then give joint statements.

Later in the afternoon, the President will have a working luncheon with President Erdogan.

Trump will then meet with Secretary of Health and Human Services Tom Price and Director of the Office of Management and Budget Mick Mulvaney.

THE VICE PRESIDENT

Tomorrow, Vice President Mike Pence will join the president to participate in a working luncheon with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of Turkey.

Later in the day, the vice president will host an Indiana Fraternal Order of Police Reception in his Ceremonial Office.

WHITE HOUSE DAILY BRIEFING

At 1:30 Eastern, Press Secretary Sean Spicer will be joined by National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster.
