Wellesley-Weston&nbsp;Lifetime Learning,&nbsp;a 501(c)(3) not for profit, Fall&nbsp;classes via Zoom, began&nbsp;September 14, 2026, and you can still join us!
WWLL "Fall" offers a great lineup of classes and speakers including, but not limited to:&nbsp;Diverse Topics&nbsp;Lecture series,&nbsp;Poetry,&nbsp;German conversation, Jazz, Science, Food History, 2026 Supreme Court Cases, Stories of Conflict, Writing Your Story and Uplifting&nbsp;Movies! Mark your calendars because the St. Nectarios Greek Food Festival is back and better than ever! From September 25th to 27th, 2026, get ready to immerse yourself in a weekend of authentic Greek culture, delicious food, and lively entertainment right here in Roslindale.
Come rain or shine, the festivities will be held in the church hall, located on the corner of Robert Street and Belgrade Avenue in Roslindale, MA.
Prepare your taste buds for a culinary journey! The festival will feature all your homemade Greek favorites, including savory gyro wraps, tender souvlaki, rich moussaka, comforting pastitsio, flaky spanakopita, and, of course, sweet and decadent baklava, plus so much more.
The party doesn't stop there! Enjoy the sounds of Greece with a live band performing on Saturday evening . And when you're not dancing or dining, browse and shop with our crafty vendors, offering unique treasures.

In anticipation of the 25th anniversary of the opening of the Ritz-Carlton in Downtown Boston, the luxury hotel is bringing back its classic afternoon tea service. <a href="https://www.ritzcarlton.com/en/hotels/bosrt-the-ritz-carlton-boston/dining/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">Afternoon Tea at The Ritz-Carlton, Boston</a> returns this fall to Avery Bar with an exciting theatrical twist. 
Exquisitely prepared by the hotel’s talented chefs, guests can enjoy a classic selection of tea sandwiches, small bites, and delicate pastries alongside fine teas from Dammann Frères. Full bar service is also available, featuring colorful cocktails inspired by the magic of Wicked, which is performing at the nearby Citizens Opera House during the tea’s inaugural run, guaranteed to make this a particularly “Popular” afternoon. 
Drawing inspiration from Boston’s vibrant theater scene, this seasonal fall experience invites guests of all ages to gather with family and friends for an afternoon tradition steeped with a touch of theatrical flair and magical enchantment.
Afternoon Tea resumes Saturday, September 26th and will be offered on weekends at The Ritz-Carlton through Sunday, November 15th, to sync with Wicked’s performance schedule. Shortly thereafter, Avery Bar will once again host Avery Bar Chocolat for the upcoming holiday season starting Saturday, November 28th.
Afternoon Tea will be served Saturdays, 11AM - 3PM, and&nbsp;Sundays, 11AM - 4PM. Pricing is&nbsp;$99.00 per adult and $49.00 per child under the age of 10, plus taxes &amp; gratuities. Adult price excludes alcohol and specially-themed cocktails.
