Originally founded in 1997, our organization was born from a collective desire to revitalize a corridor that had suffered economic decline. We are dedicated to the enhancement of the Alameda Corridor, working in close partnership with residents and businesses to forge a new era of prosperity and community pride. A cornerstone of our success is a vital partnership with the Alameda Corridor Business Improvement District (ACBID). This self-taxing district, formed by local property owners, provides crucial funding through special assessments. This vital partnership allows us to champion a variety of projects, initiatives and grant funds driven by our core value pillars that allow us to build on our legacy, working tirelessly to foster opportunity and cultivate the connections that make the Alameda Corridor a celebrated and vibrant place to be.
