 This class is hands-on learning, making and baking fun! Learn rolling and shaping pretzels Make your own creations - traditional or make fun shapes! Participate in our pretzel shape to bake steps and method How to make hot cheddar cheese pub dip for your pretzels Eat some pretzels, mustard and hot beer cheese right in class!
 Each ticket holder will leave class with: Ready-to-eat hot soft pretzels and a few pretzels ready to freeze when you get them home. Recipe cards for the Grainbakers Soft Pretzels, Grainbakers Hot Cheddar Cheese Dip and our Pretzel Dipping mustard A new dough cutter/bench scraper
 VIP / FAQ: This 90-minute activity prepares you to do large batches of pretzels at home. You can take your class pretzels home or eat them right away with a nice cold beer! (Recommended!)
These are whole-grain pretzels. We will be incorporating some very special caramel malted brewer’s grain. Grainbakers teaches an advanced version of the baking soda method - Sodium Carbonate. We do not teach the Lye Method.
No beer is included with this class.
You may purchase additional frozen dough for 8 - 12 pretzels to take home for $10.
This class is strictly for adults 18+. No children will be allowed in or near our class area.

Composer/Arranger/Pianist/Vocalist Tom Reynolds will present his quintet. Get ready for an eclectic excursion, presenting originals along with a few well-known anthems. His writing descends from the jazz tradition but is inclusive of rock, pop, funk, samba, and MPB genres. Erik Jekabson - trumpet, flugelhorn Tim Devine - tenor sax Tom Reynolds - vocals, piano Cindy Browne Rosefield - bass Jason Lewis - drums Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door general admission; $15 for students/low-income individuals.  VIP / FAQ:
Participants must be 14 or older and have a ticket. Kids Policy
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes.
 You will bake your bread at home. You can even freeze your masterpiece and bake closer to Christmas if you like.
 You’re welcome to invite a friend to hang out while you’re in class — grab dinner before, then let them sip a pint and doomscroll while you create your masterpiece.

Nervous System Reset Experience
Release stress. Regulate your nervous system. Return to yourself.
This 90-minute immersive experience combines guided hypnosis, breath awareness, somatic techniques, nervous system regulation practices, and deep relaxation to help participants shift out of survival mode and reconnect with a calmer, more balanced state.
Many people spend years trying to think their way through stress, anxiety, overwhelm, emotional reactivity, burnout, and recurring life patterns. Yet lasting change often requires more than insight alone.
The nervous system plays a powerful role in how we experience our thoughts, emotions, relationships, habits, and daily life. When the body remains in a chronic state of activation, even simple challenges can feel overwhelming. When the nervous system learns to settle, we gain access to greater clarity, resilience, presence, and choice.
During this experience you will:
• Release accumulated stress and tension held in the body • Quiet mental chatter and overthinking • Learn simple tools to regulate your nervous system in daily life • Experience a deeply restorative guided hypnosis journey • Strengthen your connection to safety, calm, and inner stability • Leave feeling more grounded, present, and refreshed
No prior experience with hypnosis or meditation is necessary.
Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable during the guided portion of the experience, such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, or water bottle.
This experience is appropriate for anyone seeking greater calm, emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection with themselves.
