There is no system of self-defense/fighting that has been tested (and proven effective), than Krav Maga. For over 90-years the system/approach has been tested, developed and adapted to deal with all types of violence e.g., single/multiple attackers, armed/unarmed, standing/on the ground etc. What has consistently worked has remained, what hasn't was replaced etc. When the stakes are high, such as in the Middle East, there is no room for that which doesn't work.In this 60-minute seminar/class you will be introduced to the core concepts of the system and learn how simplicity is genius e.g., how you already have the instinctive reactions to defend yourself, how a few common movements can be used to deal with a myriad of attacks and threats.Your instructor is Gershon Ben Keren a 5th Degree Black Belt in Krav Maga, who trained in Israel and received his belts and certification there. He has written three Amazon best-selling books on Krav Maga and has been working in the security industry since 1990. There is a distinct difference between authentic Krav Maga that is taught/practiced in Israel, and that which is taught outside.
